All of our claims now have two prices, a Payment Option Price and a Cash Buy Price.

HALF DOWN PAYMENT ON THE ENTIRE BUY IT NOW PRICE ON THE MINING CLAIM LISTED.(PAYMENT OPTION
PRICE) THEN, EACH MONTH THEREAFTER, BUYER WILL PAY $500(OR MORE IF DESIRED) UNTIL CLAIM IS PAID
IN FULL. THIS OPTION IS FOR ONE YEAR OF PAYMENTS ONLY. PLEASE READ BELOW.

DETAILS OF GOLDEN GIRL MINING COMPANY PAYMENT PLAN/AGREEMENT:
Upon mutual agreement the property will remain in the sellers name until buyer decides to transfer the
claim in to his/her own name. Thus making it an agreement that seller will not refuse issuance of the original
notarized WARRANTER MINING CLAIM DEED. Said principal and interest shall be payable as follows:
Purchaser, will pay to the order of Golden Girl Mining Company, seller, the sum of THE ENTIRE BUY IT NOW
PRICE LISTED ON ITEM DESCRIPTION. Terms are as follows; A minimum $500.00 paid per month, for ONE (1)
year, or until balance is paid in full. If, in one year, there is still a balance, a balloon payment will be made to
complete the sale. Title will remain in sellers name until payment is complete. If purchaser decides to stop
payments and cancel transaction, all monies paid are non-refundable. The undersigned may prepay this
Note in whole or in part without penalty. Transfer fees, yearly taxes and maintenance fees are responsibility
of the purchaser.

REMEMBER, WE WILL TAKE MUCH LESS FOR CASH, LOOK FOR THE "CASH BUY PRICE"!

THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL TRANSFER AND DOCUMENT FEE OF $130 PER CLAIM.
THIS IS TO INSURE YOUR CLAIM GET S PROPERLY TRANSFERRED AND RECORDED AT THE APPROPRIATE
GOVERNMENT OFFICES. YOU WILL RECEIVE ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS DIRECTLY FROM THE COUNTY AND
BLM WITHIN 2-6 WEEKS, DEPENDING ON HOW BUSY THEY ARE. YOU WILL RECEIVE ALL ORIGINAL LOCATION
DOCUMENTS, MAPS, AND WHAT EVER OTHER INFORMATION I HAVE ON THE MINING CLAIM WITHIN TWO
WEEKS OF PAYMENT BEING RECEIVED.
